Welcome Letter

WELCOME!!!!  We are pleased that you have joined our family of owners at Rancho California RV Resort.  It is the goal of everyone on our staff that you and your family and friends always have an enjoyable time when you are with us at the resort.  Please visit our website at: www.ranchocaliforniarvresort.com.

We have included some important information and phone numbers that will be helpful to you as you begin to enjoy our resort.

Telephone service is available to your individual lot through Verizon.  Their toll free customer service number is 800-483-4000.  You will need to call them to get all the information for phone service.  After your phone has been connected by Verizon they will notify us and we will be able to do the final connection. 

The electric power is currently connected at your lot; however, you need to transfer the service into your name.  Please contact So. California Edison at (800) 684-8123.  If you have purchased a “resale” in Phase I or II (Lots 1 – 172) this is not necessary as you will receive your electric bill from the Association Office.

We have enclosed an Owner’s Directory for your use.  In addition, please complete the enclosed forms and return them to the Association Office so we may add your name and information to the directory.  If you do not wish all of the information to be printed in the directory, please note so on the form. Once we have received the enclosed Owner Vehicle Information form we will be able to issue you owner stickers. Our office hours are Mon – Friday 9 am to 4:00 pm.  

Should you wish to make improvements to your lot, please check with the association office for the resort guidelines and approval procedures.   If you have any maintenance requests (such as sprinkler adjustments), you may complete a work order form available at the Association office or from Security.

If at any time you wish to allow someone to use your lot while you are gone, you must complete the “Guest Authorization” form and return it to the Association Office otherwise we will not be able to allow your guest to use your lot. If you are expecting day guests, you must contact Security so they will have a pass for your guests.

Enclosed are payment coupons for your monthly Association dues. You may make your monthly payment with the coupons or through our ACH program, where we automatically deduct the monthly assessments from your checking account. An enrollment form is enclosed. If you use an on-line bill paying service, please send all payments to:
